Friendly atmosphere. Clean, fair price on drinks and a good list of long drinks. The Bartender will typically know how to make anydrink. What he does not know he will look it up and spend the time to get the drink correct for the customer.

It may well be that it has the preciously good selection of drinks and a nice interior design, but I've been to the bar next to it a few times and the police have often run into the shop. I have no idea what they're doing in there in the evening.
